No alcohol is good for a baby. SOME doctors believe it's okay to have a glass every now and then, but it depends on your pregnancy so you need to ask your doctor.

My sisters doctor actually told her she needed to drink 1 glass of red wine a day while pregnant to help her daughters heart but it was a special cases and she ended up passing away

Mine said if you're somewhere (example a friend's birthday party) and someone says, "You have to try this!" Then a sip (ONLY ONE) is ok.

I did that maybe 6 times while pregnant. I had one friend make homemade grog, another friend at a renaissance faire got a hold of some butterscotch rum, and another friend left for college and his mom made Meade.

Of course whatever your doctor says, they cannot stop you from doing what you want, they can only tell you their opinion and what's recommended.
