@brownsugarluv some men just don't know how to be a dad or they just feel they don't have too , cause if something goes wrong with us break up they break up with there child too and it's not fair to your child , a child needs both mom and dad but it's better when us woman will take on the roll of playing both parts , on my oldest son brithday he calls me to say oh tell him I said happy birthday why can't you tell him your self , no answer wtf I get so mad with him but when I think about it I'm not the one loss out he's out of our children life

Good morning , that is so missed up when your son gets older he will see what kind of man he is , you know and just like I tell mine 12 year old mom's here and your dad don't want to be around you , but I was the one helping him out and given him job applications and then he goes and cheat on me with my own cousin WTF so nasty in mine mind , God don't like others to do wrong so your baby dad will get what's​ coming to him, you keep loving your baby cause when he gets older he is going to see who was there for him Mommy was

I was 6 months pregnant when I broke it off with him. He is a total piece of shit. I met my husband when my son was 5 months old.

@kimrice980, exactly and I lived with his parents and him my whole pregnancy until my son was 4.5 months then we agreed to move with my parents in pa and well my son and I are here and my boyfriend went back o his parents 'said it was for work because he couldn't find a job here' but he didn't give it more than a week lol... he barely asks about his son or calls ... he was supposed to come back today and have a job interview Monday and we'll he called and was bitching cause his sun roof broke then 30 mins later or less his service engine light comes on so he turns around 'cause he was closer to his parents' and not even 2 hours of being back his friend picked him up to go over there and drink and he's been drinking for hours and hasn't talked or asked and when I did call he hung up on me

Wow I'm sorry you have to go through this man need to grow up and be a man , and be a father your child needs him now everyday , it's sad we woman have to go through this kinda shit , I hate to see no man is not taken care of their child ,mine baby father told me I'm not taken a job. Cause all I want is money , he's right to take care of his child we woman can't get pregnant by ourselves it takes two

@kimrice980, my sons father and I are still kinda together but he cares more about being with his parents (his umbilical cord is still invisibility attached to his mother) like tonight he was supposed to come back to pa with me and his son and have a job interview Monday but 'his truck broke' and not even 2 hours later her was at his friends house drinking and shit and he's still there. He barely has helped out even when I lived in Ohio with him I basically been a single mom since day 1 if anything he buys diapers... but he never feeds him. Or get up with his or anything he told me several times when our son is more self sufficient like 3 he will start doing stuff and being a father.

My frist son his father signed the BC and he's not did a damn thing since day one and now mine son is 12 year's old , I have taken him to court and nothing is being done of why he won't pay child support

@brownsugarluv, how old was your son when you became a single mom?

My son is 15 and his father signed his BC. He has never been there for my son and he's ordered to pay $200 a month for child support. He's only paid like $220 total. When I got him for child support he asked for a paternity test and visitation. The judge said we didn't have to do the test but we did and he still has never arranged visitations.
