I got a question. My son is 29in and 23pds. He's going to be 1yr and he's legs are getting a little squished. I'm wondering if it's time to finally put him forward facing?

in California he has to be rear facing til 2.

Rear face until at least 2 its safest and if he has a convertible car seat he'll be fine. In California it's actually the law now until 2, but in other countries they rearface until 6
