Yeah, but they recommend changing your clothes (at least your shirt) and washing your hands well after smoking. I personally couldn't do it but I would definitely say nurse first before going out for a smoke, then after baby has gotten milk drunk you can go outside and take some puffs. Some people say it's still better than formula. I'm iffy on it.

I'd say it would be better not to. Maybe kellymom.com would have the most recent research on if it's safe or not.
