Made a group for med-free childbirth. Whether you've been able to have a med-free birth, intend to, or want more information on the subject, feel free to join. Also, this group in no way bashes those who have used an epidural or other pain medications, I just think that it may be a useful group.

I'll join ☺
@rola I did not. I gave birth to my oldest daughter naturally at 42+1 after a 32 hour labor. My twins had health concerns unfortunately, and my baby A was breech. I had discussed doing a breech extraction, but I didn't know when I went into labor and didn't have time to get to a hospital with a NICU. My local hospital didn't have adequate knowledge of doing a breech extraction and the doctor told me he wasn't comfortable performing it because he thought it may break Baby B's neck. We had a cesarean and my girls were transferred to a better hospital with a NICU. I often wish I would've been able to have a natural birth with them, though!
Add me! :)
Did you give birth to your twins naturally ?
