Start it if she get a lot I would really have her seen at the doctors it could be a mild allergy to something like the milk or juice it could be anything

Yeast is red too but kind of bumpy. So if there's a small patch of bumps anywhere then that's what it is. @theinkedmommy, has dealt with yeast for awhile and I've dealt with it twice. If nothing's working it may be worth a shot to t the doctor to take a look.

Are you sure it's not yeast? If it's yeast usually something has to be prescribed.
