I was having back contractions last night but they didn't last long enough for me to go to labor and delivery. Today I woke up with nausea, vomiting and loose bowel movements along with these dull back pains that won't go away. The back pain is like something I never felt before. I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow. Are these signs of labor or what?
