Any moms feeling discouraged because you can't workout because your baby is so young and needs you all the time? Same here 💁🏼 YouTube "10 minute baby workouts" and do these! These are now our go to! My little girl loves doing them with me and I get a workout in! Mommy win, yes! 💪🏻😄

@kemara, I accepted that if I don't get to clean, then that's okay. As long as I take care of myself first
