Yes that is true....my friend got pregnant again b4 the 6 weeks smh do yes it's true
Yes your body needs to rest and you'll still be bleeding for a couple of weeks so it's not a good idea
Yes your body will still be going back to normal and prevent infection it would be best to wait til your 6 week check up for the okay from your doc.

But you'll know when you'll be ready for sex again. Also it may burn/sting/hurt the first couple times after giving birth but know it's completely normal.
