Is it true that left side position while sleeping is better than right? If so, should we always sleep on left side now

@kayecobarrubia, lol yeah, used to be mine, too.  Became uncomfortable though, can't stay on it long.  Left is the only way I seem to be able to sleep anymore.

@tristynnashllynn, i am not sleeping on my back I just feel bad cause right side is my favorite position lol

Yup, better blood flow to both you and the baby.  The right side is okay, but try to avoid your back.
