So I need some advice. My mil is my babysitter. I work full time 10-6. We don't pay her but when she asks for anything we're happy to help. So I injured my eye and I stayed the night at her house because I wasn't able to see for a couple days and they don't feed my child lunch. I understand there's not a lot of money and they have a lot of people to feed but she's two. There's also another 2yr old there. They tried to put both of them down for a nap just now but I got the lunch ready before they could grab them. I'm not going to pay them because they don't her anything, do fun things, and it's not a completely clean environment. If I pay any money it will be to a daycare where I know my child is actually taken care of. The problem is I can't really afford real daycare but if they're not going to feed my child that's a problem.

Packing a lunch would cause problems cause they have a lot of children there. (Cousins and my so siblings) I know they have snack foods for when the older kids get home from school so I just don't understand why they don't feed the little ones.

I would definitely bring it up and see what they say. Then offer to prep her meals for them. I always prep my kids food for the sitter so I know what she's eating and how much incase she has a reaction or gets "backed up" I know what she had and to cut back or completely get rid of it...

Why are they not feeding the baby? Why don't you pack her lunch?

Say something to them! That's not acceptable. And let them know if the reason they aren't feeding them is due to lack of food that you will provide food or start paying them. I disagree with you not paying them in the first place because they are providing lunch every day for you children as well as drinks and snacks.. that money has to come from somewhere.

Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!

Okay ladies what do you all think I should do I have a 3 in a half year old hes my son then he has a auntie that's 4 so of course they are very close ....so I feed my son breakfast lunch and dinner everyday but when they are around eachother I ask my son are you ready for lunch and then his auntie says I want lunch to but it's like I have my own 2 kids to worry about and why should I have to feed your child when your her mom shes your responsibility this gets so annoying to me because everytime my child eats I go ahead n feed her because she continues to ask and then her mom ask me can I fix her somthing and I say yeah from trying to be rude

Here's her bio and general tips: Hello I am Ceiamaria I am a stay at home Mother to 4 children ages 12,8,7 and 11 months old. I am happily married for 12 years and we are still going strong. I am determined and driven for success FAILURE isn't an option for me. I potty trained my oldest at 9 months old. My 2 middle son's were more difficult they were between 18 months and 2 years old. My baby boy was showing interest in potty training, I decided to buy him a potty chair. Potty training tips 1.) Don't rush your child 2.)Don't yell at your child 3.) Don't punish your child for having accidents 4.) Don't give you child candy 5.) Don't compare other children to your child 6.) Do praise your child 7.) Clap your hands when your child goes to the potty. 8.)Take your child every 15-30 minutes to the potty 9.)Don't criticize your child 10.) I don't recommend pull ups but I don't bash mothers who decided to use them. 11.) Remember potty training is not taught in one day you have to be determined to potty train your child. Three day old sandwich! *Update*

Three day old sandwich! *Update* My ds daycare gave him a 3 day old sandwich! My DH accidentally left my son's lunchbox at school on Friday. On Monday, instead of giving him his new lunch, they gave him his lunch from Friday. A turkey and cheddar cheese sandwich! I'm so disgusted! I spoke to the director. I asked her why my 23 month old was handed that sandwich and who was supervising him that they didn't notice the cheese was hard and discolored. I also asked that they put any lunch boxes left at the end of the day into the child's cubby so this doesn't happen again. She said that her teachers did nothing wrong and she stands by them. She also said that would not put away any lunch boxes that are left. I'm furious and don't know who to contact to report this. Btw, my DH feels horrible and takes full responsibility for leaving the lunchbox. But I still want the daycare to acknowledge that there was an easy way to prevent this and they will correct it in the future.
