I always see the 'which plate do you fix first ordeal.... your mans or your childrens'

I typically make the kids first then ours but there is usually always enough for everyone anyways the kids take longer to eat most of the time so it works out

I make the kids first (to cool down) then my boyfriends then mine but we sit down at the same time.

I make everyones plate at the same time, but I hand the kids theirs first.

That's what we do! I make everyone's plate at the same time. When I was younger, my parents did the same, and when we got older, we all served ourselves.
