I introduced it around 3 months just to get him knowing that it will be an option he didnt care much tho as it was hard for him to understand how to drink out of it .But I still gave it to him from time to time not all the time tho . Then around 7 months I gave him the sippy cup with a trainer nipple ( its the cup with a bottle nipple instead of a spout) then at 8 months we switch the nun nipple to the spout . He's doing great adjusting and loves drinking out of his cup

@raehow how did your baby take to it? Was it hard to do it? My oldest didn't use a cup until he was a year old even though we kept trying.

No problems he liked water in it so we put a little water in it to get him to drink out of it. He stopped drinking from bottles at 12 months

Introduce it in the bath tub! It was fun for him that way

Yeah lol it just introduces the cup and makes them interested in it. My son had his in the bath for a month before he could drink out of it
