At what age did you get your daughter ears pierced?

3 or 4 months old .

My mom got my ears pierced at 1 month old, she told me she did it that young because I was able to have the mittens things on and it prevented me from touching them. She didn't want them done when I'm older cause she didn't want to risk infection or me pulling at them in pain

I only have sons but if this baby is a girl I will get her ears pierced as soon as possible I feel like the younger the better I didn't get mine till I was like 8 n I was all scared to do it so I think earlier is better just get it done with plus I think babies with lil earrings is the cutest thing ever

@amichelle2 she did really good. She cried after each one for about 30 seconds and that was it. She has always been a very wiggly little girl tho from the day she was born so I has to like football hold her head cause she would keep still. Not hard or anything just firm enough she couldn't move it.

@amichelle2 Ya I didn't trust ours either. But she don't play with them and I make sure they stay clean. I gave her tylenol before hand and did it before her feeding so she was hungry and it didn't even phase her.

I got my daughters done at 2 months.

@mckennasmommy, see I want to do that too ..I really don't trust Walmart to do it ..it be mostly old folks behind the jewelry counter and they don't be focused fully all the time

@juliaschade41, lol it's ok..I asked why ..a long response is better than a short one..and my parents did the same too -they waited until I was old enough to have a say so..I think I wanna do tht buh then again I would like to do it early to get it over with..cause if my daughter is anything like me she will love jewelry and fashion..so the desire to have earrings will happen !!

I just went to claires in the mall. Was quick and easy and she didn't even cry.

I didn't get my ears pierced until I was 3 when I was able to talk and have a say in it for myself. I knew it was going to hurt but I wanted it anyways. A baby doesn't even have a chance to say anything in the matter and unnecessary to put them through unneeded pain. Sorry for the rant lol I've always felt strongly about this. In my opinion, anything under a toddler is cruel.
