QUESTION LADIES : Is around 12 weeks the normal time to start experiencing extreme morning sickness? I'm unable to keep anything down and these head aches are the worst....

Not really. It is different for everyone. Some start before they know they are prego which is how they know. And some get it late. Stay hydrated for the headaches. Headaches can be a sign of dehydrating and might help with nausea too.
