Every since about February I've been have periods twice a month. I'm on the pill. Any idea on what could cause this? I'm so ready to just get off the pill and stick to one freaking period. Gave birth in November in case ya need to know. I just need help I can't do this.

@typicalwifegirl, no my cycles were very normal prior to the pill. I'm just worried because to me it isn't normal. I have talked to her. She want me to get blood work done to see if it could be something causing this.

It's possible your cycle was actually irregular before the pill. Do you track your cycles at all? Typically a period isn't "once a month" but rather every three weeks, give or take.

For example, my period starts about 23 days after the FIRST day of my previous one. Which usually ends up me having them twice in a given month.

If it really bothers you though, I'd talk to your OB about other options of birth control and what you can do to have your cycle less often. I think there's a pill that delays it to once every three months even.
