Hey mamas, when did your kiddos drop to one nap a day? My son is a year old and has been really off on his sleeping schedule the last few weeks and a friend mentioned it might be because he's ready to drop his morning nap. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but is a year a little early for that?
Year of the boys?! Hi everyone! So everyone around me who has had a baby this year or is expecting soon is having or has had a baby boy- me included, due August 31st :)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Ok so my son just got his first job. He’s also type 1 diabetic. Well last night while working his sensor starts going off his blood sugar dropped to 52. They told him he could deal with it after he got his orders done, which in a way I understand that but at the same time if it drops low enough he can pass out and that won’t be good for anyone!! They wouldn’t even let him just grab some glucose tabs out of his bag. I’m so torn here because I don’t know what’s appropriate and what’s not.
Trying to take a nap but my 8 year old won't lower the volume to his iPad and he won't go to the living room ugh 😒😡😤

My daughter was 10 or 11 months when she started taking one nap a day.

Good luck mama! Maybe you'll just have to take your coffee iced 😂 if it's gonna be cold, go all out, right?

@typicalwifegirl, Aw man, I was worried that was the answer. There goes my still hot coffee in the morning, lol. I'll give that a try tomorrow, thank you!!

Both mine started one a day at about a year old, so I think that it's normal. Good news though, that one nap tends to be longer than the multiple naps. Try getting him up by 8 and putting him down right after lunch time tomorrow and just let him sleep a few hours to see how he does 😊
