So happy with our hospital choice especially after our tour yesterday. Their policy is skin to skin right after birth for an hr (as long as baby is okay) Then they will weigh her and they delay the cord for at least 1 min after birth. Today was my last prepared child birth class and it's all coming together it's seems so real that it's right around the corner 😍

@lara_johnson95 I live in central PA. I am so glad our hospital has gone this route and is all about zero intervention unless needed they want everything to be natural and put emphasis on a natural birth as well and have birthing balls and CD players in all the labor rooms and encourage us to bring candles and our own music to play and such
