Im at a 3 and 50% effaced contractions are horrible my hospital wont do anything until ive progressed more what do i do😢😢. should i go to a different hostpital

No pls just hang on....I know how terrible that can be...otherwise,exaggerate ur pain and that will have them attend to u like they are supposed to

Just keep walking and stay close to the hospital. I don't want to be stuck on the bed , stay active.

They sent me back home twice. @mrs.bb @mommab4 im just in so much pain

Just walk , when I went in to get checked they told me I was having contractions but didn't dilate past a 4 told me to walk for 2 hour and that they would check me again so I did came back and I was at a 5 so they admitted me so just keep walking!

@teraelyn try laying in the tub. Or stand under warm/hot water it helped me termedious pain
