Lil baby had this rash on the bAck of her neck, any idea what this looks like or might be?

My lo used to get that when she would spit up usually at night when I didn't notice. Try to keep it dry baby's heal fast.

@starting_over39, it looks more like a rash. I've been using aquaphor so I'm going to see if that heals it a little bit. Cool I didn't know they had cetaphil for babies thanks!

Yeah I would say it could be eczema or heat rash.. plus clothing rubbing against it or any friction (e.g bib) could make it more irritated. Try to apply medicated or non medicated cream for eczema and use cetaphil baby wash instead of regular baby washes etc. Just my opinion 🤗 @beautifulone1103

Put some breastmilk on it? 🤷‍♀️

My daughter has that exact same rash in the back of her neck and her pediatrician told me it was eczema
