Now that the swelling is going down a lot on my tongue I'm finally realizing how long this bar is ..... can anyone tell me when is the soonest I can change it? (Pic for attention)

I was told not to change mine out for about a month. Bar was way longer than I thought when the swelling went down too.

@sabrinanoahsmommy yup a month after you got it done. They recommend changing after a month anyways to get a bar that fits your tongue.
