Yes I was on Zoloft before getting pregnant, while pregnant and while breastfeeding

My pediatrician looked it up in one of her books and the side effects for baby are listed as increased sleepiness, which I did not personally experience. Doctors weigh the risks vs benefits, and in my case it was necessary. Every individual is different so you should definitely speak with your doctor
