Took my glucose test today.

Had my regular 7 month appointment two hours after- midwife was listening to babies heartbeat and said it was way higher than it should be (over 160) and listened for about 5 minutes. She said it would be higher than 160, then drop to normal, then rise again. She almost sent me to triage... but didn't. SHOULD I BE WORRIED?
