Any tips for getting your child to get up and go pee at night. So that they don't wet the bed? He is almost 4 years old

I trained mine to go in the morning when he gets up and I try not to let him have anything to drink before bed, he's never gotten up to go pee idk why lol but he's only peed once in his bed
