Anyone know to help with constipation? He's 2 months old and every time he's tried to poop today he starts crying in…

My daughters pediatrician told us that we couldn't give her anything because she was too young (she was either 2 or 3 months old at the time) the pediatrician said we just had to be patient. Worst thing ever!! I would give my baby a couple ounces of water and put organic coconut oil on her rectum so it would be easier to push out. It took about 3 days.

I had to give my son prune juice but he was 3 months at that time and his pediatrician recommended it.
