Drink a lot of water especially before afternoon

That could be it too, I would just go to the doctor cause it could be either or. Mine was because high blood pressure because I have a temper lol @shiningstar091680

I was getting these last week to where Tylenol wouldn't help or even water. It was so bad I couldn't sleep. So I went to the doctor just to be sure it wasn't high blood pressure.
