Hello Mama's! I have a question for breastfeeding moms. Is it ok to have one cup of coffee per day? There are mixed answers online. Decaff doesn't help me lol 😍

Nope I have a very calm baby I've been very blessed with such a good baby 😃 and nope no pumping and dumping that would be horrible 8-12 oz down the drain would hurt my heart 😰

I usually have very strong coffee three times a day with no problems😅
It should be fine. If your baby seems gassier then usual you may want to cut down your caffeine use. I tried drinking more water before and after drinking coffee since it can dehydrate you a little bit but I didn't notice a supply drop or anything from it.

School fees
Having an intense debate on Facebook about school fees for public school. I'm in the "stop whining about school fees and stop having kids if you can't afford them" camp and there is the other camp of "free school is a constitutional right! It's bull s*** we have to pay anything at all".
We all have a different definition of “clean”🤢
@butterflykissapril, I drink 12-16 oz a day, no problem. And I will not touch decaf with a 10 ft pole lol😂
