@avie, I'd say just use your cell phone to start...iPhone 7 cameras are pretty good and I'm sure some androids are too...the key is to record with the back camera as it is better than from facing...and hold your phone horizontally and not vertical...in the future look up the canon g7x that is what we vlog with...it could be on sale now bc I think there is a new one out

So i dont have any "mom" stuff posted. I think there is a post on there about my son but since y'all are talking about sites, I use blogger.com and i use godaddy as my website. Godaddy also allows me to link my blog right on to my website and i am able to link my social medias right on to my website as well. Hope this is useful 😊 good luck mommas!

@clairehoyt, wix also has a free version which would have limits as well but they also have different packages. Just make sure you read what the packages offer to ensure you're picking the one you want to be able to do what you want

@clairehoyt, free WordPress.com has some limits but not self hosted WordPress...but WordPress.com now has packages available that you can pay for and be able to monetize...just with the free version you can't

@mrsc2mommy, it's sounded like Wordpress has limitations when monetizing so I'm wanting to be sure I'm set up correctly to be able to monetize. Wix is a site builder similar to square space, etc. I think I just found my answer online, no worries! Thx!

@smilingwithmyawesome4kids, WordPress.com is free and has some restraints whereas getting your own domain and host is all handled by you and you can do whatever you like when it comes to monetizing your blog

@smilingwithmyawesome4kids, blogging can be difficult because you definitely have to be consistent and constantly promote yourself and be a part of the blogging community. But if you want it I say go for it! Don't think you will just easily become a success over night...it definitely takes hard work! But you can do it!

I also have a YouTube channel. My husband and I vlog on a weekly basis and post new videos. Challenges pranks and Q&As are coming soon. I'm always looking to subscribe to new ppl on YouTube also!!

@mamaoftwo83, just start writing whatever pops in your head in a notebook or something. I like using the Evernote app because it's on my phone and also on the computer. Whenever I have an idea I put it in Evernote...I have even started blog posts in Evernote and make everything make sense later. It's best to get those ideas out of your head so you won't forget them!

@rmariet, I'm not gonna lie I still struggle with time management because I also work a full time job, but using a Evernote, Trello, and making sure you set an hour a side a day or whatever amount of time you can get things done help
