I want to give this kitty a special little thanks. As he still has no name, he's still loving up on me and is declaring me his mom. It's now been 3 days since my Donnie boy was put down and I've been able to handle my emotions a little better now than before. Now don't get me wrong, I still miss him more than anything. The animal hospital we took him too where he was put down sent me a card saying the were sorry for my loss. Tears filled my eyes and I just thought about how hard and weird it is to not have him home. He was only 4 years old, maybe even 3 if I think about it correctly. He had still so much life to live as most cats can live up to 10-15 years. Donnie didn't get to meet his human sister, he didn't get to play in grass or have a new friend to play with. It still does hurt. But this little guy right here, has made me extremely happy and he's been laying on my stomach where Emery punches and kicks away and he starts purring and she starts moving. It's truly a big blessing because I don't know what I'd be doing right now if I didn't have the happiness I have now.
