My nipples are so sore. Nahla going through a grow spurt and my milk supply is having a rough time holding up 😑😢

@viiviian.aiide I don't know if you breastfeed, but it's when your baby is attached to you 24/7 and where they're extra fussy cause they want milk every hour or two. It usually happens after birth then again at 3months. That's about all I know about it.

Try pumping one side while nursing on the other, mother's milk tea, and raspberry leaf tea. All will help. Also some prayers... Cuz that's rough.
