Not really. Just be prepared for weird vagina discharge and when baby poops you have to make sure you scoop it out her vag to protect from bacterial infections.

Wipe the poop from top to bottom don't want to get it in her vagina

Different... sometimes girls get hard (big) boobs from your hormones if you breastfeed. It freaked me out at first but it's common and eventually goes away.
