@haliegh it usually just goes away on it's on. I would tell u to use Desitin but I'm not sure about on the face. You should calk ur Dr if ur not sure

Does your baby drool or keeps putting hand in mouth? It could very well be a matter of keeping face dry and apply something like vaseline as a barrier.
