@whitneyjharris I stick to heat. My doctor never recommended cold to me. She always said heat.

Stretching, yoga, heating pad, warm baths, not doing too much than you should to make it worse, Tylenol. That's pretty much it. Believe me I know its very annoying and tiresome.
