I know if my daughter doesn't have a cup of milk before bed she will be up all night

My son doesn't even sleep through the night as it is lol but doesn't want the bottle. He eats regular food now so maybe milk would help?? Idk my other kids slept.

I started milk with my daughter by 8 months and she was off the bottle by a year old

Oh and I am weaning him off the bottle.
