Mamas, please and always follow your gut and speak up for your child if something is wrong! Back in April I had a concern and his pediatrician was closed so I called a 24 hour nurse line and they told me to take him to the ER. At that time his urine was orange, loss 8oz, and he started puking a lot. The people at the ER said he didn't physically look sick or dehydrated and just gave him some Zofran for the vomiting which worked a few hours. The vomiting continued. I followed up with his pediatrician and she is concerned and is pushing for people to do their jobs and figure out what is wrong (I love her!). It is now June and my son has lost a lot of weight and has just about fallen off the growth chart completely, vomits after every feeding, and now has a hoarse voice, cry, and cough. This morning I saw his pediatrician (going once a week now) and she told us to go the ER immediately and called them to let everyone know Justice was coming and what's going on. Finally someone is listening! He's gone through multiple xrays, blood work, urine tests, outside tests to try to see if something could possibly be the culprit, just got an IV, next is more xrays and ultrasounds, and a referral to a GI specialist. He might even get admitted. No diagnosis yet but people are actually doing their jobs but yet it took this long cause people back in April and currently in June can't physically see anything wrong with him yet they are trying to find the answer. My baby is well taken care of and very strong so of course you wouldn't physically see anything wrong! Anyways, my point is if you have a concern when it comes to your child speak up, they deserve the best! And us moms have to give them that😍😘
