I don't know if it's from allergies or the more-than-usual-amount of caffeine I had over the weekend but my head is KILLING ME! And I can't even relax enough to nap 😭 what kind of remedies do y'all do for these types of headaches?

@hannibelle I'll try that. Ah I know I used to run to my oils but can't with the baby around and peppermint (my go to for headaches) depletes milk supply 😔

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
