Is it weird for me to get Ava a black queen t-shirt? She's had a lot of self esteem issues at just 5 years old, from asking me to paint her white, to asking me to straighten her hair so she could like everyone else. I don't know if it's politically correct to do, since even though I'm Spanish, I am her white mom.

I'm ready! (almost). Here's what I added that wasn't on my last post:

-heating pad

-lip balm

-slippers & flip flops

-folder with my paperwork and birth plan

-tennis balls for massaging during labor

-book on breastfeeding

And here's what I need to add when I actually leave:

-maternity tank tops ( I wear them daily )

-hair dryer &a straightener

-laptop preloaded with shows & movies

-waterproof mascara & eyeliner

-my own pillow

I feel like there's a couple things I still need to add but...
