@nury_rodriguez_2010, I bought a spaghetti squash at Walmart, washed it, then chopped it in half lengthwise. I hollowed out and threw out the seeds and thinnest strands in the middle. I microwaved one half of the squash face-down in the microwave on high for about 12 minutes. I covered and saved the other half in the fridge for another day (but if you want to serve 4 people, microwave both halves together). While the squash microwaved, I browned a little garlic and pound of beef in a frying pan, chopping it up with a spatula and later adding tomato marinara sauce. When the squash was done with microwaving, I let it cool a bit, then used the tines of a fork to scrape out the spaghetti-like insides. I served the marinara meat sauce over the noodles just like I would with regular spaghetti, adding olive oil to taste.
