What's considered a "fever" for a 1 year old? My sons is 102 and he won't take the tylonel I'm trying to give him. I've tried 3 different times in 3 different ways and it's like he knows I'm trying to trick him😞 Is there any other way to help his temp go down? He's been asleep for the past 3 hours an was fine and when I went to check on him he was burning up so I took his temp under the arm.

Try giving him something to drink and then when he's done taking a sip, slip the syringe in there. Its how I got my daughter to take her meds.
@scc2413, don't forget to add a degree under the arm. I wouldn't risk a fever like that. I'd try to strip him and see if that helps but if not I'd take him in. I'm not by any means a dr but Tylenol simply masks symptoms. Fevers are usually a sign of something going on.
