Why would that be embarrassing, sounds like someone who is strong to me.A lot of people have health issues but aren't strong enough to make a change so good for you !

@amandahenry546, it's kind of embarrassing but I had high cholesterol and had to make a change. This was delicious and didn't taste like cauliflower.

I just couldn't eat healthy if I tried :/
