Who is in charge of reviewing the messages and complaints? What if the person being disrespectful is a moderator/ambassador?

@joanna.davis, @mom.life_usa, is in charge of reviewing the posts. With that being said it's our job to report what we feel does not belong or is rude etc. and Momlife looks at it and they remove or mediate it. When we report they see everything. We are not here to upset anyone. ☺️💖✨

That's why i post publicly. I feel safe here. On smilemom i use to just post privately because there were alot of men and trolls.

I'm with @mama_kat89 SmileMom is a great app but the fakes/men were constant. I became uncomfortable posting pictures after a while.

@heera thank you. I'm glad all of us from SmileMom had somewhere else to go. We've all made friends from there and I'm glad we still have a place to stay in touch and meet new friends!!!

I've noticed the people on here are much nicer than the ones on Glow Baby community, I had one other too but can't remember the name but any time i asked a question people jumped down my throat. I like this community much much more. I haven't met a single hateful person yet

Not having any friends in my personal life I love having my ladies from smile mom in my life. They keep me sane and I love them. So those who came here I hope stay as well and it will be great to get to know all you ladies as well.

Oh my goodness.. I just happened upon Smile Mom because I was nominated for a position in my local Moms Club. Honestly, I had some very tearful moments through my motherhood experience. Most everything in person private or public. Smile Mom had amazing Moms on it. One suggested Mom.Life. I look forward to this place being amazing and hopefully meet amazing people face to face..

Have you thought about members being able to make actual groups where you can make separate posts tha people can comment on? The chat style is super confusing when you leave for a minute and come back to 100+ messages that you have to scroll through. 😕
