@charong Humidifier wouldn't help, the humidity makes it worse thanks to what some of my allergies are. I also already asked about the meds I can use and am using them, and the saline spray. Their just having a hard time keeping up.

And get a humidifier

Ask you doc which meds are safe. Pretty sure some are off limits
