News flash to everyone: Customer service personnel are gonna be 100x more willing to help you if you don't act like a mannerless cunt towards us.

It is my JOB to help you and be nice to you, but do not think for a minute that I am beneath you. Talk to me outside of work the way you do when I'm trying to help you at work, youre gonna catch these damn hands.
