I just started month two of the Insanity workout. Month one was so intense but it's nothing compared to month two! I got this though 💪🏼

Really, i cant ever remember. I know the second month is hard i remembered the workouts being 60 minutes. Lol i even stop a couple of time.

Yes same here. My first trimester, i was to busy being sick to even think about working out lol

@bookwormb, I did T25 when my son was first born. It's a good one and definitely intense
Its very very worse. The workouts are an hour long. The first month is asylum. Then the second month they mix it with insanity. Im thinking of getting the t25. Lol 25 is like an hour in insanity time lol
@bookwormb, asylum is the one I want to do next! Is it a lot worse than insanity?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I found out I had breast cancer nov. 19 2018. Found I was pregnant a few days later. They wanted me to terminate my pregnancy I refused. I did chemo the whole time I was pregnant. I had my daughter then had surgery to remove whatever was left which was two millimeters of a tumor. My daughter is two months and I found out yesterday I am completely cancer free 😍 I fought like a girl and I won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes! They are so much more intense and an hour long. Almost done with week one of month two
