My SO is pissing me off so much...hes working with his dad right now but literally won't get out of…

My SO is pissing me off so much...hes working with his dad right now but literally won't get out of bed like he was supposed to go work at 8 and I've been trying to wake him up since then but he just whines and throws a fit every time I wake him up. Literally right now he just rolled off of the bed and went back to sleep on the floor so that I wouldn't shake him anymore. He's been sleeping for 10 hours and had yesterday off. somebody please tell me what to do.
