Plain yogurt. No flavor and I put it on a pad and laid it directly on. The coolness helps for sure

@lissethh, yes yogurt does help with yeast infections. Just stay away from anything too sugary. Yeast attracts that

I just did it for comfort while the medication was working. About 2 or 3 says. Coconut oil helped with occasional itch.

When I wasn't pregnant I put apple cider vinegar on a tampon and put it in it actually helped a lot or you can put the yogurt on a tampon and put that in also , not sure if you can use apple cider vinegar while pregnant because it isn't pasteurized if you get it with the mother but it definitely helps

Omg @charchanel, i tried that one too and it messed with my ph balance and gave me a bacterial infection. Took months for my doctor to get it regulated with meds . I'd never do the Apple cider one again needless to say.

You can use monistat while pregnant that's what my doctor told me to get

Eat the yogurt don't insert it but in your mouth. Get the yogurt that have live n active cultures on the label

Yogurt is for eating, not for inserting into your vagina! Please don't do it! Get over the counter meds until you can see your doctor.
