@essencecrowell, well from my experience it all basically boils down to making 2-3times the monthly rent, having good credit meaning no outstanding bills, accounts, stuff like needs to be clear because it cant hurt your chances an possibly no pets an no evictions or complaints from past landlords show u have a good work history atleast 6m and being punctual to work an no criminal past or physical violence or assaults if ur clear with that kinda stuff then you guys should have a good chance of getting it and good luck an im not trying to scare you with my info but shhh is real out here an those ppl dont care about ppls situations either you come correct or they will turn u away) an trash ur app
