Are there any mommas who have been struggling with getting your LO to drink anything other than formula??

WIC has stopped the formulas and switched to reg milk and my son sometimes will drink it and other times wont. He also REFUSES to drink water and or juice..any advice, suggestions??? Or did you tough it out and delt with a cranky baby for a few days till they gave in an drank the other options?? Please help!!
