I was on my way to having a natural birth with my second but I got the preeclampsia like I did with my first so we had to do another c section. I would talk to your OB about it since what happen with your first could happen again but every pregnancy is different. My first was a 29 weeker and my second was a 35 weeker. Maybe this time your stomach will grow? It's really hard to say hun.

@estelaperez1613, then you're most likely at risk of another c section. Usually when it's medical it doesn't have much to do with healing, it's how your body works. If you're closely monitored and your next pregnancy is completely normal there should be no reason why you couldn't have a natural birth :)

It depends on your reason for needing the c section in the first place!
