I use to just let it out till my hubby didn't want to be bothered with me or my parents or my neighbors lol so now I keep it in n TRY to let it go mentally. I have to either eat or clean to let it out that way

I know I feel bad for people at my work I snap at them so much but they know it's my hormones I'm a manger and I work with all teenagers
